Helping the nonprofit sector realize their mission
Use data analytics to execute your purpose and improve the outcomes of your fundraising campaigns for members, beneficiaries and stakeholders. From predictive modeling to donor segmentation and volunteer profiling, we help nonprofit organizations and charities improve operations by developing a deep understanding of their members and donor base.
Improve the donor journey
Drive acquisition, engage prospects and retain your donor base. Using segmentation, demographics and behavioral data, create personas based on what your donors value, how they behave and what their interests are. Track growth and retention of event participants and volunteers. Identify new ways to engage communities based on cultural, ethnic or linguistic origins.
Model capacity for giving
Use predictive analytics along with financial, lifestyle and geographic databases to identify potential prospects, profile their net worth and estimate their capacity for giving by neighborhood. Whether asking for a major gift, year-end or annual gift, or planned gift, improve your return on fundraising efforts by finding and cultivating the optimal donor base.
Engage donors effectively
Improve the effectiveness and engagement of your fundraising campaigns. Understand your donors’ media consumption habits, preferred marketing channels - such as direct mail, social media, print or mobile - and trusted media sources. Create more effective campaigns based on messaging that resonates with the values and beliefs of your audience.

Frequently Asked Questions
Mobile analytics can enhance what you know about who attends events, festivals, charity races, gallery openings etc. It can be instrumental in determining if sponsorship initiatives are aligned with your target market. Mobility data is an anonymized, permission-based data service, which uses data collected from location-enabled devices that were observed within a geofenced area defined by latitude and longitude. Our mobility data is collected only if consent or permission is provided by the individual. See Mobile Analytics
Fundraising is the lifeblood of nonprofit organizations. However using tactics like bulk mailings can be costly and targeting prospective donors with messages that aren’t relevant to them is ineffective. By using analytics tools such as predictive modeling, you can predict with a high degree of accuracy who is mostly likely to give. Our data can help you define the right audience, understand what is important to them, create targeted messaging and then reach that audience through their preferred channels. Better the returns on your marketing spend by personalizing your donor’s experience. See consumer insights.
