Healthcare
Bringing best practices in data analytics to healthcare.
Gain insight on the populations you serve to improve health outcomes. Rich data combined with predictive modeling, demographic trends and behavioral analytics can help improve operational efficiencies, inform decision-making, enhance patient communications and provide an overall better standard of healthcare.
Understand your patient populations and communities
Create holistic views of patient groups and improve their healthcare outcomes. Combine rich data with predictive analytics to identify high risk communities and their attitudes towards health-related topics. Using segmentation, you can profile patients most receptive to specialized services such as orthopaedic surgery, oral surgery, cosmetic surgery, chiropractic treatments, dermatology or ophthalmology. Understand where these patients live and determine their motivations and mindset towards healthcare.
Make stronger location decisions and improve site performance
Discover areas that offer the best opportunities, identify potential new verticals and maximize your capital investments using analytics tools such as GIS mapping, geocoding and spatial analytics. Identify underserved communities and estimate market demand for outpatient clinics, urgent care and pharmaceutical services. You can also locate high-priority areas for blood centers and flu vaccine clinics or monitor areas for purchase trends and usage potential for prescription and over-the-counter drugs.
Enhance acquisition and engage patients in wellness
Increase revenue by identifying your best patient populations and how to reach them. By profiling existing and lapsed patients using demographic, behavior and geographic data you can: improve campaign results, create messaging that promotes healthier behaviors and determine the most effective channels to reach your audience. You can also use mobility analytics to visualize where your patients travel from and determine where they go after they leave your office.

Frequently Asked Questions
Data collection in the healthcare industry is allowing organizations to better understand the needs of the patients. By using analytics tools such as predictive modeling, you can predict with a high degree of accuracy areas that have the greatest prevalence of a condition such as diabetes or asthma. Whether you are a walk-in clinic, pharmacist, physiotherapist or dentist, mobility data can be instrumental in site selection by identifying areas of higher potential value based on visitor patterns. Mobility analytics can enhance what you know about visitors to an area: where they come from, competitors they visit and how competitive trade areas interact. Mobility data is an anonymized, permission-based data service, which uses data collected from location-enabled devices that were observed within a geofenced area defined by latitude and longitude. Our mobility data is collected only if consent or permission is provided by the individual. See mobility analytics
